Choosing a vacation rental should be a wonderful experience, offering a variety of amenities and quite a bit more space than conventional hotels. We have compiled a list of frequently asked questions to help visitors, and we always encourage you to call, e-mail us.

How do we get out keys?

We Issue lock box code prior to arrival with check-in instructions.

Is there an age restriction

? Yes. We do not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age.

Do you provide daily maid service?

Luxury Rentals provides a departure clean on all stays. There is one time fee for this that is deducted from damage deposit. We also provide an initial supply of towels and linens. Laundry facilities are provided in the rental property. Daily maid service can be provided for an additional fee.

What is provided with the accommodation?

All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen or kitchenette. Each property is stocked with all cooking and serving pieces as well as an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, and dishwasher soap. We do provide bath towels and bed linens and beach towels.

Is there a Minimum Stay?

One week minimum or one month minimum stays may apply for certain properties during season and holiday periods, with Friday or Saturday arrival and departure. During the off-season, we are typically more flexible, but it is dependent on the vacation rental.

Do you allow pets?

Several of our vacation rentals are Pet Friendly.

When is payment due?

We require a reservation deposit on all reservations with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival on most properties. On some larger homes we require full payment 90 days prior to arrival.

Do you give refunds if we need to cancel?

Because payments are non-refundable, we suggest Travel Interruption Insurance Travel protection. Please understand that no refunds for any reason will be given without the purchase of Travel Insurance.

What are your rules for parking?

All properties have limited parking spaces available. Most properties restrict parking for boats, boat trailers, recreational vehicles, motorcycles etc. If allowed, they should be parked in designated areas. Prior to check-in, please check with the office for parking instructions.
